We’re both hands-on throughout every project because we believe you deserve to work with people who actually care about getting it right.

CRAIG ADAMSKI — PROJECT MANAGER & ESTIMATOR

Craig handles the day-to-day operations and keeps quality control tight on every jobsite. He’s been our licensed builder in Georgia for six years, plus he’s got framing experience from when he was younger that gives him a deep understanding of how homes go together. Clients tell us he’s the one they can count on to meet them on site, answer their questions straight, and solve any issues that come up. He makes sure the work meets our standards, not just the bare minimum. Craig’s also involved in the design process and cost estimating, so he understands your project from every angle. When he’s not drumming with his local band or playing tennis, he’s thinking through the next day’s work. You’ll work with Craig from your first site meeting all the way through completion, and he’ll be back for your warranty walkthroughs at one month and eleven months.

LAURA ADAMSKI — CLIENT COMMUNICATION & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Laura brings fourteen years of homebuilding experience and licenses in both Georgia and South Carolina. She’s the one who helps turn your vision into reality and keeps you updated every step of the way. Clients consistently tell us she’s honest and sincere, and that she truly cares about making the building or remodeling process transparent and positive. Laura handles design selections and makes sure all the different parts of your build come together cohesively. She’s deeply involved in our local community through the home builders associations and chambers of commerce, which keeps us connected to the best practices and latest developments in the industry. When she’s not working with clients, you’ll find her playing tennis or mahjong, spending time with her two adult children, or volunteering at church. Laura’s with you from the first conversation about your project through the very end. Our goal is building long-term relationships and continuing to help our clients with all their building needs over the years.
