Before becoming a 2-10 HBW member, Legacy Homes had to undergo an extensive screening process that analyzed our experience and financial stability. In addition, to maintain their high-quality standards in the building industry, 2-10 HBW regularly conducts careful inspections not only of our work but the work of our subcontractors.

With 2-10 HBW, you will have the satisfaction of knowing that your builder’s warranty obligations are clearly defined in writing and backed by a strong warranty insurer. In addition, by request, Legacy Homes of Georgia will enroll your home in the warranty program at the date of closing.

Warranty Benefits

From the closing date, you will have the best in coverage and protection for 10 years on qualified structural defects. In addition, the warranty is fully transferable, increasing the resale value of our home. However, it is your responsibility to read the warranty and understand it, so please contact us with questions about any part of the warranty you do not understand.

  • 2 full years of systems surety coverage against defects in wiring, piping, and ductwork in electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling, ventilating, and mechanical systems

1 full year of surety coverage against defects in workmanship and materials.
