Step 1: Choose Your Plan

We have several model plans (360 tours/pics) coming soon, or we can work with you to design and build the perfect home for you (fee may apply for design services)

Step 2: Choose Your Location

We can build on your lot, or we can help you find a lot in Savannah Lakes Village

Step 3: Contract Signed

During this step, we finalize the contract with an estimated finish date. Builder deposit is due at this time.

Step 4: Design Appointment

We will guide you through making design selections for your home.

Step 5: Walk the Lot

We will walk the lot with you to review house location and tree removal plan.

Step 6: Construction

We will begin construction. Estimated 6-8 Months from breaking ground. You will have access to our online building portal for progress updates and pictures. 

Step 7: Framing /Electrical Walkthrough

We will meet and walkthrough the home and finalize any framing or electrical plans. 

Step 8: Final Walkthrough

We will take you through the home for the final walkthrough and show you your new home.

Step 9: Closing and Move In!

Time for us to turn over the keys to your new home. 

Step 10: Warranty

We do a 30 Day Warranty Walkthrough and an 11 Month Warranty Walkthrough. (A One Year Warranty is included in our homes.)
